Introducing Momentum Marketing Services (MMS): A Key Partner in the PEARL Project

We are pleased to introduce Momentum Marketing Services (MMS) as an integral partner in the PEARL project. Established in 2003, MMS is one of Ireland’s leading CVET (Continuing Vocational Education and Training) and adult education specialists, with a rich history of driving innovation and entrepreneurship education both in Ireland and across Europe. MMS is a key player in fostering the development of SMEs through tailored capacity-building programs, helping businesses adapt to the evolving digital landscape.

Why Momentum is Relevant for PEARL

MMS’s deep expertise in entrepreneurship education, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and digital transformation aligns perfectly with the objectives of the PEARL project. Their work focuses on delivering innovative training and resources that enhance business resilience and empower SMEs to embrace sustainable practices. In particular, MMS’s involvement in the SECure project, which helped SMEs to identify and prevent business crises, underscores their commitment to building economic resilience—an area central to the PEARL project.

Momentum’s strong background in CSR and ESG education makes them an ideal partner for the PEARL project, where they will bring their expertise in developing actionable resources for SMEs and VET providers. Their past projects, such as CSR Ready and DARE (Diversities Are Reviving Enterprises), have laid the foundation for innovative teaching and learning tools that address the pressing needs of businesses today, particularly in integrating sustainability and social responsibility.

Momentum’s Role in PEARL

In PEARL, MMS will be actively involved in WP3 (Training Resources and Toolbox Development), where they will help design and create high-quality, impactful training materials for SMEs and VET providers. Their expertise in digital transformation, CSR, and sustainability will ensure that the resources are not only informative but also practical and applicable to real-world business challenges. MMS will also contribute to the dissemination strategy in WP5, utilizing their multimedia marketing division to ensure that the project’s results reach a broad audience through innovative marketing strategies.

Momentum’s experience in developing tools, strategy and frameworks, and their passion for inclusive content creation, will also help ensure that the PEARL project’s resources are accessible, engaging, and designed to meet the needs of diverse audiences.

Meet the Key Staff Involved

MMS brings a talented team of professionals to the PEARL project, including:

• Orla Casey, Director of MMS, is a thought leader in entrepreneurship and innovation in education. Orla has built a respected cross-sectoral training practice, and her work in digital transformation earned her an IVI Award for Regional Impact from Maynooth University and Intel.
• Con Bartels, Culture & Sustainability Specialist, brings expertise in business studies, design thinking for sustainability, and corporate sustainability practices, having studied at Trinity College Dublin and University College Dublin.
• Gillian Keane, a qualified graphic designer, is responsible for developing and presenting the PEARL training resources in an engaging and impactful way, ensuring that the materials resonate with the target audience.
