Introducing The Vision Works (tvw GmbH): A Key Partner in the PEARL Project

We are thrilled to introduce The Vision Works (tvw GmbH) as a vital partner in the PEARL project. tvw GmbH is a dynamic, forward-thinking impact company specializing in Training and Change Management Concepts for VET (Vocational Education and Training), Adult Education, Youth Education, Higher Education Institutions (HEI), SMEs, NGOs, and Policy/Administration. Despite being a relatively young company, founded with a strong mission to promote sustainability, tvw GmbH has already established itself as an influential force in the educational and entrepreneurial ecosystems.

Why tvw GmbH is Relevant for PEARL

tvw GmbH brings a wealth of expertise in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), sustainability, and risk resilience, making them a key partner in the PEARL project. Their focus on integrating ESG principles into educational and business environments directly complements the project’s objectives of promoting sustainable business practices and ESG literacy across SMEs and VET providers.

With over 15 Erasmus+ projects under their belt, tvw GmbH has built a solid foundation in developing training concepts, digital learning environments, and interactive assessment applications. Their prior experience in projects such as CSR-Ready, which focused on VET education for Corporate Social Responsibility, and CLARITY, which used a train-the-trainer approach to climate education, demonstrates their deep expertise in sustainability education. Their proficiency in developing assessment applications for previous projects, like SUCCESSION READY and SECURE, will be instrumental in shaping the ESG Risk Assessment Application within WP4 of the PEARL project.

tvw GmbH’s Role in PEARL

As a partner in the PEARL project, tvw GmbH will play a key role in several work packages, particularly in WP3 (Training Resources and Toolbox Development) and WP4 (ESG Risk Assessment Application). Their ESG expertise and extensive experience in developing digital learning environments will be essential in creating high-quality, practical training resources that will empower SMEs and VET providers to integrate sustainability and ESG into their operations.

Moreover, tvw GmbH will bring their vast experience in project management to ensure that the project runs smoothly and efficiently. They will contribute to the development of the Knowledge Hub in WP5, providing essential support for the dissemination and sharing of the project’s outcomes.
